Our team at Radiance Software have an average of 5 years of experience in the software business in relation to their individual fields. Our knowledge and skills are the two components that guarantee the success of YOUR business. We have an individual approach to every client and always take into account your opinion and desires. We closely follow new trends that take place in the domain of Information Technology and we always employ innovative methods and techniques.
Our Management team members have a strong background in functional and technical analysis of different types of complex business processes. We all have strong functional knowledge and understanding of technical issues involved while integrating the functions of various business units within an organisation. We have an in depth domain knowledge in Finance, Taxation, Sales & Distribution, Inventory Control, Retail Marketing and Education. Two of our key members are based in the United Kingdom and have backgrounds in IT and Management Accounting and Consulting. India based management team members have experience in handling critical projects (onsite-offshore model) for Western European and North American clients across different vertical market segments and prior to forming Radiance have worked on-site in the UK and USA.
The Management has a clear vision and understanding of where Information Technology is going, which in turn is used to tune the Business Strategy of the company. The leadership proactively attracts the right kind of professionals and strives hard to provide the environment most appropriate for productivity as well as creativity

The systems engineers and consultants employed with us have a formal educational background in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration / Accountancy and have the experience of working on diverse technology platforms for clients in India, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Greece, Singapore and the Middle East. Every consultant joining us must participate in a mandatory training period of 15 days. Our Project Leaders and Managers periodically train with state of the art technology and newer version of tools and technologies.
